Job description

 

 

· Administering testing and assembling heavy-duty diesel engines.

· Attend all kind of troubleshooting mechanical and electrical engine related.

· Contributing in caterpillar engines overhauling hands on experience in D399, D398, and 3516B and all cat C series & 3400 series.

· Contributing EMD 2 stoke engines overhauling As a team Leader.

· Contributing Wartsila, Man B & W and Hundai 2 stoke engines as a team leader.

· Expertise in CAT MAK M 25 C, M 25 E, M 46 DF.

· Working as team leader several vessels, Tugs, ships Main and Auxiliary engine and DG for Major overhaul.

· Supervising team of multiple members at offshore site parallel handle 2 to 3 engines major overhaul at one site.

· Calibrating all major components like Crankshaft, Camshaft, Piston, liner, Cylinder block line boring, cylinder heads as per reusable guidelines.

· Troubleshooting various engine issues mechanical and electrical, electronic and mechanical governor problem, actuator and speed control system, PLC etc.
