*Associate Manager/Deputy Manager – Information Technology*

*Location: Ahmedabad

Profile Summary:
      -  Managing the IT infrastructure and Operations at all business
locations.
     - Arrange, Organize and Manage the Cloud Infrastructure
including Servers, operating systems, security tools,
applications, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and
hardware.
-   Manage the Office365 stack, Sharepoint folders and portal
-    Coordinate and analyze the business needs, issues and provide
the resolutions
-    Manage the Outsourced resources and get the issues/ service
requirement addressed. Engage in the Weekly, Monthly
governance and compliance from the ITO partners.
-     Provide inputs, data and facts for budgeting and planning
-     Working hand-on-hand with ITO partners for best service
deliveries.
-    Work with the partners on ITSM tool for CMDB, ITOM, SAM etc
and compliance
-     Work with Cyber Security team towards Data Leak Prevention,
SIEM, incident reporting, Vulnerability fixing, patch
management, Hardening the devices etc.
-    Continuously analyze current process, technologies, and vendors
to identify areas of improvement
-     Handle business-critical IT tasks and systems administration
-     Research and evaluate emerging technologies, hardware, and
software
-     Track and maintain hardware and software inventory
-     Build and manage Budget for organization.

*Qualification:
- B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech (Computer Science) /MCA

*Experience : 8+ years of experience in IT field with 3+ years at managing IT infrastructure and Operations.
